In
addition to promoting the values of Oriental medical systems
through our workshops, lectures and articles, the Centre
offers a variety of individual treatments. So if you want
to experience the beneficial therapeutic effect of the
Thai Yoga massage and/or Zen Shiatsu treatment, we will
be delighted to see you at the Centre.
A few practical tips:
• Come with an empty stomach and “empty” head (do not eat at least 2 hours
before the treatment and leave your problems behind, no matter what they
are, do not bring them with you);
• Bring comfortable clothing (track suit is best) and socks;
• Try to plan your day so that you do not have to rush before or after
the treatment,
• Trust your therapist and relax during the treatment: do not try to help
and do not try to be in control;
• Communicate with the therapist only about the sensations connected with
the treatment, e.g. if the pressure is too strong or too weak, if you are
cold, etc.
